Air fresheners The Product Stewardship Programmes (PSP) for air fresheners are voluntary initiatives by A.I.S.E. that aim at promoting best practices which go beyond the legal requirements that regulate our industry. The first programme was launched in 2007 and the second programme in 2016. This is done through a commitment by industry to manufacture air fresheners responsibly and to communicate to consumers in a clear and transparent way how to use them safely. In this way, consumers are able to make an informed choice when buying and using air fresheners. The second PSP (2016) was launched on 1 April 2016 and builds on the success of the first programme launched in 2007. Full details may be read here. The 2007 PSP will run until 1 October 2017. air fresheners, psp, liquid laundry detergent capsules, product stewardship programme, consumer activities, voluntary
