"I prefer 30°" Low Temperature Washing Campaign:
Release today of close-out report for Wave 1 of campaign & call for interest for Wave 2 of campaign
Today,
A.I.S.E. releases the comprehensive close-out report of the "I prefer 30°”
Low Temperature Washing campaign launched in 2013 and running throughout 2014. The aim of this
initiative was to promote more sustainable use of household laundry detergents
by consumers and in particular, encourage the use of low temperature washing
through a unique multi-stakeholder campaign. The report details activities
undertaken by A.I.S.E.’s National Associations and the different partner
organisations in all five participating countries (Belgium, Denmark, France,
Italy and UK). It includes an Executive Summary as well as country
reports/annexes, highlighting achievements and learnings of the campaign.

Coinciding
with the release of the report, A.I.S.E. is also happy to call for an
expression of interest to organise a sequel of this initiative for activation
in 2016. Building on the success of the first campaign, A.I.S.E. has updated
the project description and relevant commitment letters for partners who wish
to join the campaign sequel. This call for interest to detergent companies and
suppliers closes on 1 December 2015.

description, which outlines the timeline and all terms and conditions for
participation is available here.
