There was a changing of the guard at this year’s A.I.S.E. AGM as the association saw the departure of several established Board members and welcomed a number of new faces who will take up positions on the Board. The AGM, held on 13 June, was also pleased to announce five new A.I.S.E. members.
Board departures and appointments
Charles-François Gaudefroy (Unilever) who served as a member of the board from June 2010 and was A.I.S.E. president from 2012-2016 is stepping down from the Board and he will be replaced by Florian Vernay (Unilever).
Heather Barker (Reckitt) who joined the Board in 2018 and has served as Vice-President since 2020 is also leaving and will be replaced by Jan Vindberg-Larsen (Reckitt).
In addition, A.I.S.E. is pleased to announce that board member Ludger Grunwald, from Ecolab, has been officially appointed as Vice-President for the companies during the recent General Assembly.
Heartfelt thanks are extended to all of those leaving the Board for their work and commitment over the years. We look forward to keeping in touch.
A warm welcome is extended to the newly joining Board members as they begin to assume their responsibilities.
