Invitation to the EPAA Annual Conference 2018

The European Partnership for Alternative Approaches to Animal Testing (EPAA) will organise its Annual Conference in the afternoon of Tuesday, 20th November 2018, in Brussels. 

The aims of this Brussels-based event are threefold:

• to give participants an overview of the achievements and milestones through 2018 and an outlook on 2019 
• to award the EPAA 3Rs Science Prize 
• to conduct a panel discussion on "Pooling resources to promote the use of alternative methods in safety assessment", which will be introduced and chaired by MEP Julie Girling. 

A draft programme is available on the EPAA website and information will be updated frequently.

Where & When: Tuesday 20th November 2018: 12:30-18:00. Centre de Conférences Albert Borschette (CCAB), European Commission;  36 rue Froissart, 1040 Brussels.

Target audience: We expect an audience of 100 participants including representatives from EPAA members, European and international institutions, academics, NGOs, as well as national regulatory authorities.

Registration information The event will be web streamed live and will also be available on the EPAA website afterwards for consultation purposes. By registering, delegates will be automatically giving their consent to appear on the web throughout the streaming of the event.
